Overview
Ms. GAO Ningxin was born in Hefei, Anhui Province. She used to work in the chemistry department of Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the Patent Office, SIPO Guangdong as an examiner of substantial examination, and was responsible for examination of applications in China, PCT applications and applications through Paris convention.
Now she worked in intellectual property agency and is responsible for dealing with applications in China, PCT applications, OA reply, patent reexamination and invalidation, etc.
